Happy Easter, Baby Bunnies!

Seriously, if you know of a more famous bunny in children’s literature, I’d like to hear it (Peter Rabbit, Little Bunny Foo-Foo, Brer Rabbit . . . .). Thanks to Gina Gagliano for the picture.  She’s always good for a splendid vampire pic, that Gina.

And if you’d like less fangsome Easter fare, Crooked House presents a murder mystery of the Humpty Dumpty persuasion.  Also related, Adrienne at What Adrienne Thinks of That sheds a little light on an Easter-related Caldecott winner that never quite seems to circulate in my library.  Most odd.

About Elizabeth Bird

Elizabeth Bird is currently the Collection Development Manager of the Evanston Public Library system and a former Materials Specialist for New York Public Library. She has served on Newbery, written for Horn Book, and has done other lovely little things that she'd love to tell you about but that she's sure you'd find more interesting to hear of in person. Her opinions are her own and do not reflect those of EPL, SLJ, or any of the other acronyms you might be able to name. Follow her on Twitter: @fuseeight.
