Children’s and YA Lit Cafe: This Saturday!

A new Children’s/YA Literary Cafe for all of you in the New York area who are interested in attending this free and fabulous monthly program.  Here are the details via the delightful organizers, Rebecca and Sarah.

This is our follow-up to the previous email, sent last week.  As we mentioned, we’re going to host a graphic novel discussion.  Here are the details:

A Conversation with Mark Siegel (editor at First Second and graphic novel author) and Kurt Hassler (editor at Yen Press).

They will be discussing graphic novels, visual literacy, the GN publishing world, and the importance of this burgeoning format!!!  This will be an informal conversation and they will be welcoming questions from the audience.

As usual, food, drinks, give-aways, and scintillating company will be provided!
