I adore this book! We booktalked it this June when we visited the elementary schools and it was a huge hit! Kids, teachers, school librarians- everybody loved it. Two days ago I wrapped this book for my great nephew's late August birthday along with the new Day-Glo book. His mother was pleased when I gave her your review of Day-Glo and now will be equally pleased to receive this one for her 8-year old who seeks information, information, information...quite a non-fiction reader at age 8. Thanks for mentioning the end papers, I am a fan of end papers and was tickled to see what the author had done here. As always, thank you for all the information! Yippeee!
