Not long ago I asked you folks to vote on which final chapter book of 2011 I should review. The winner was undeniably The Dead Gentleman by Matthew Cody, fair and square. However, Mr. Cody also happened to be the winner of this poll last year for his book Powerless. I figure that in the name of fairness I should also do the runner-up. Just to keep things even.
The problem with that plan? We have a three-way tie on our hands. Three books came in with the most votes and I don’t want to pick and choose amongst them. I will say that I liked all three books, so I’m perfectly content to review any one of them. So in a final round, tell me in the comments here (before midnight) which of the three I should do:
- How Lamar’s Bad Prank Won a Bubba-Sized Trophy by Crystal Allen
- Secrets at Sea by Richard Peck
- The Apothecary by Maile Meloy

I’d love to hear what you think of The Apothecary.
Tough choice. I’m going with Secrets at Sea.
The Apothecary, please!
I choose The Apothecary.
The Apothecary!
My vote’s for Lamar!
While I would be interested in Lamar’s adventures, because I would unlikely ever read that title, I vote for the Apothecary (which I might read).
The Apothecary, please.
Apothecary
Secrets at Sea, because Richard Peck is awesome…
Secrets at Sea, please!

This is not a vote, but just to say: be sure not to miss Lamar and his luscious lips of love…
The Apothecary. Liked it and would love to hear your perspective.
Secrets at Sea – convince me I should buy it for my library, currently not convinced.
Secrets at Sea, please.
Apothecary it is!
