If your library is anything like mine then you have the day off. And while you lounge about in your pajama bottoms watching endless reruns of Cake Boss on DVR, I’ve at least two links today that I’d care to share.
First off, a more than legitimate question: “Where Are the Great Martin Luther King Jr. Books?” For kids specifically. Don’t dismiss the question. The answer isn’t as obvious as you might think.
The second is a piece I aided and abetted. A Canadian publication called Bunch Family interviewed me for a piece called How to Talk to Kids About Martin Luther King Jr. and Civil Rights. I didn’t have time to link to it last year, so up it goes today. Enjoy!
