In Which We Apologize for BEA

Howdy, folks.  Sorry about the delay in our regular poll updates.  We’re a little behind schedule due to the presence of Book Expo America in our burg.  We’ll return to our regular updates tomorrow morning, bright and early, you betcha.  Many thanks for your patience.

She has served on Newbery, written for Horn Book, and has done other lovely little things that she'd love to tell you about but that she's sure you'd find more interesting to hear of in person. Oh good! Maybe this way I can catch up on reading the wonderful posts! :)

The SLJ Day of Dialog was again a highlight of BEA for me. The SLJ Day of Dialog panel you moderated, Pushing the Picture Book envelope, featuring Mac Barnett, D.B. Johnson, Jon Klassen, Amy Krouse Rosenthal, & Tom Lichtenheld, was both entertaining and educational. Great job! With that, BEA exhibits, and the Blog World action going on, you were definitely busy.
