2016 Judge: Erin Entrada Kelly
Erin Entrada Kelly is the author of Blackbird Fly and The Land of Forgotten Girls. She wrote her first novel, “The Two Orphans,” in fourth grade. The story followed two orphan-BFFs who are adopted by separate families and forced to live apart. Eventually one of their houses burns down and they get to live together again. It’s not as morbid as it sounds. “The Two Orphans” received rave reviews from its entire readership.
