All over the world, fans are buzzing about J.K. Rowling's latest “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.” But after watching a CNN report on blind readers having to wait for their copy, I wonder why the New Harry Potter Book will be available in Braille on July 19th instead of July 16th? Something about this seems just a touch unfair. Although, I'm sure there are very legitimate reasons why,
"a nonprofit braille publishing and advocacy organization, announced that the braille edition of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released no later than July 19, 2005."
So I guess if a newly released book isn't as popular as the Harry Potter series, the Braille readers will just have to wait longer. Right?
