Sorry for stating the obvious, but YES the holiday season is here again. And some libraries, like the Sedona Public Library is offering educational resources for learning about holiday traditions and cultures. David Keeber, from The Gateway To Sedona writes, "One excellent resource the Library offers is a gem of a book (actually a two volume title) called How to Be a Perfect Stranger: A Guide to Etiquette in Other People’s Religious Ceremonies, by Arthur J. Magida. It offers a clear guide to the things you should do, not do, wear, say and so on for many, many different events and ceremonies for lots of different religions."
What a great way to educate patrons on the diversity within the holidays; which sometimes never gets unwrapped (pardon the pun) due to the hustle and bustle. Please share your own Guide Through The Holidays ideas.
