Jeffrey Selingo from The NYT explores how Students and Teachers From Grades K to12 Hit The Podcasts for classroom instruction. And one seventh grade teacher featured in the article states, "It's a lot more motivating to write something that the whole world can hear, rather than just something for a teacher to put a grade on." I just wonder, "how are they grading podcasts projects?" It seems like the traditional, A+, B+, assessment tool wouldn't be appropriate. But I do know that Kathy Shrock, who is also mentioned in the article, has a blog with more information.
