HERE'S an interesting article from the Shoreline Times on NYT Technology Columnist David Pogue, who will be speaking at the Guilford Free Library today. Staff writer Elizabeth Ellis reports from the inside on Pogue's career and just where he sees the future of technology heading. But my favorite quote from the article is Pogue's take on technology…"I've always been interested in magic," says Pogue. "And the way I see it, technology is the closest we can come to real magic." He also shares how he got his job (not easy) and his past career as a Broadway conductor.
