“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not be reduced by them….Make every effort to change things you do not like. If you cannot make a change, change the way you have been thinking. You might find a new solution.” (comes via Maya Angelou’s Letter To My Daughter, Random House 2008) I did not know Steve Jobs personally but I bet there were tons of times he had to change the way he thought about things. Rest in peace, Steve Jobs. What a profound concept, THINK DIFFERENT, especially when society forces our young people to think the same way, read the same books, buy the same clothes, sound the same, look the same – you get my point. No wonder there aren’t many of you out there. You will be missed.
