Preview: Korgi 3: A Hollow Beginning

Korgi 3: A Hollow Beginning is the third of Christian Slade’s wordless Korgi graphic novels, and it traces the origin story of the Korgi Hollow where all of the animals live after they find a shard of stained glass that holds some clues to the story. Interestingly, the flashback part is told in a simpler, more bold-lined style—a lot like stained glass. While the story itself is wordless, the book includes an introduction, character profiles, and map of Korgi Hollow, so new readers can jump right in without figuring out the backstory from scratch. Like Dragon Puncher: Island, this book is debuting at SPX this weekend and will be out in general release later this month.
