Viz Media has launched a kid-oriented comics app, sticky DOT comics, which features a slew of Pokemon manga as well as their Voltron Force, Redekai, and Mameshiba graphic novels; Mr. Men and Little Miss are on the way as well. And they had another big announcement as well: They will publish a line of original Ben 10 Omniverse graphic novels with new stories set in the “world” of the animated cartoon.

Papercutz is bringing Benny Breakiron, the comic by Peyo (of Smurfs fame) to the U.S. for the first time, and at Comic Attack, Drew McCabe has a preview and an interview with Jesse Post of Papercutz.

The undead come to Riverdale in Archie Comics’ newest ongoing series, Afterlife with Archie, and Glee writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa talks to CBR’s Kiel Phegley about writing the new series as well as scripting the Archie-Glee crossover comic that’s on the stands now. And more from the Archie folks: Writer Ian Flynn and editor Paul Kaminski discuss the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog/Mega Man crossover.

Johanna Draper Carlson looks at Archie’s sales figures for 2012.

Rick Parker, who illustrates those Papercutz parodies, talks about how he does it and touches up a panel from his upcoming book The Farting Dead.
