Frank Cammuso visited Salem Hyde Elementary School in Syracuse, New York, and handed out 400 copies of his new book, The Misadventures of Salem Hyde: Spelling Trouble, to the students. Cammuso used to live near the school, which inspired the title of the book.

Luke Pearson, creator of Hilda and the Midnight Giant and several sequels, talks about his work at the German site Comicgate. (The interview is in English.)

CBR has a preview of Archie #648, which features a superhero parody by Tom DeFalco and Fernando Ruiz.

CBR also has a preview of Mouse Guard: Legends of the Guard, vol. 2 #3, which is an anthology of stand-alone short stories—a great way to get started with this comic.
