Only Two Clicks and Weblist: For presentations, lessons, pathfinders
At the BLC Conference this week in Boston, David Jakes introduced me to Only Two Clicks and I can’t believe I didn’t discover this three-year-old project earlier. It presents all the sites you plan to share as handy clickable thumbnails on a start page.
Here’s the start page I am getting together for a workshop on digital storytelling. I am planning a bunch of search pathfinders next.
The site offers four skins for customizing pages or users may opt to import their own background design. Pages may be shared or kept private. Items can be annotated with little notes and resorted.

Another attractive tool for displaying a one-url (but not one-page) web tour is Weblist. Here’s a tour I did for the North American Colonies this school year. Weblist. seems to have grown a bit since I last blogged about it and the About page promises even more features: Firefox add-on, user voting list, site widgets, and more.. stay tuned.
(Fur.ly, another web tour option, appears to have recently disappeared.)
