Buffy’s Poll: Crowdsourcing the Critical Reads
a paradigm shifter sort of book that relates to SLM. Not a textbook.
Something like
- information + social + technology + education, multiplied by radical
- Something we can all read and have some rich discussions about, preferably available in e-book format
- TED talkish
The list is rich and thoughtful and all around wonderful and I am already loading my readers with titles I missed! These titles are appropriate for new librarians, veterans like me, for professional development groups, and pretty fabulous for sparking pre-service class discussion.
Thanks, yet again, Buffy, and thanks also to the impressive list of contributors.
You can add your own suggestions by adding them to Buffy’s public Google doc. Here’s a Slideshare version.
