It has been a tremendous three days of workshops.
I really appreciate that you have helped our educators (librarians, teachers, professional development staff) begin to open their minds to the exciting possibilities that the CC will bring to our programs when using nonfiction!

FYI – As native Western New Yorker (who never left home) – I don’t want anyone to think I don’t appreciate my home. My point about the location of Buffalo – We do have many wonderful cultural opportunities in Western New York but my point being is that we are located geographically to take advantage of so much more in close proximity.  For example – driving to Toronto and picking up a Hungarian translation of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest for an exchange student in one of the schools that needed it right now!  All done in less than one day, Mission Accomplished!</description>
