Inside Good Comics For Kids

Interview: Scott Chantler

On Sunday, May 8th, while attending the Toronto Comic Arts Festival, I ran around to as many of my favorite kids comics creators as I could and asked them all the exact same questions.  Keep in mind, conventions are crazy loud and crazy busy, so there is a lot of background noise.  Let me know in the comments if you have trouble hearing anything and I’ll translate for you.

If you follow the GC4K team on Twitter, you’ll remember Brigid gloating and chortling over getting to read the second book in Scott Chantler‘s Tower of Treasure series, The Sign of the Black Rock, before the rest of us did. She still chuckles every time I ask if it’s my turn to read it yet. (Brigid has a mean streak.) Ah, well. At least I have Northwest Passage to keep me company while I wait for the mail to arrive…
