And in other networking news:
Our own Daring Librarian, Gwyneth Jones, started a Google+ Community for the TLChat tribe. I asked Gwyneth about her inspiration and she shared:
Extending our TLChat presence and giving our tribe yet another place to gather, share and to connect we’ve created a Google+ community which is open to all! Members will be able to post photos and videos, plan events or even have face-to-face discussions in a hangout. And we can even stay connected on the go through the Google+ mobile app. Though this community is mostly school librarian focused, everyone is welcome! Teacher Librarians and their education partners of all subjects, levels, and specialties are welcome to join. We celebrate lively debate, snarky fun, daring ideas, & shameless sharing! Join us!
More about G+ Communities
And don’t forget our TLCafé the first Monday of each month at 8PM Eastern. Check the calendar for upcoming events.
