A little titling fun with Type to Design
For years I’ve returned to Erik Kastner’s Spell with Flickr to help me create slides and titles.
I just discovered that Type to Design curates letter designs from Instagram. It’s a by-product of the 36 Days of Type project which challenged designers and illustrators to explore the endless graphic possibilities of type and upload those possibilities to Instagram.
Simply start typing and you’ll see a random display of Instagram letters. If you don’t like a letter, click it and an alternate letter will replace it.
When you are happy with your image, you can download it as a PDF for your own non-commercial use.
Check out an archive of those letters on the project’s Instragram page.
