For me, Google Keep’s a keeper!
I don’t know why I haven’t discovered this super handy tool before, but I am delighted to find it. If you love using stickies to organize your life, and you find yourself keep list after list, then Google Keep is a keeper.
The digital sticky note service is available for the Web, for Android, and for Chrome. After clicking on Add note, a little box pops up offering you the opportunity to create, s
hare, make lists, color code or add images to your notes. Notes follow you across your devices.

You may use notes to set up and schedule (location-based) reminders. When you record a voice memo, Keep transcribes it so you can find it later.
When you share a list, your to-do list note collaborators may check off items with you.
I love that notes may be copied to Google Docs.

Click on the little set of lines on the top left to bring up your Google-style nav board to access your archive, labels, reminders and trash. Notes may be archived and searched by label and color. So, it might be a good idea to create a color system for the various parts of your life you like to organize.
In school, Keep is a great way to help students organize their lives and their projects especially for
group work. It’s a very easy way to take and share meeting notes, brainstorm and plan events, professional development, and trips.

Although not available for Apple, alternate third-party apps like GoKeep and GoKeep+ make the keeping possible on your iPad and iPhone.
