#ISTELIB
Greetings from my fair city. Tech educators and, of course, librarians convened in Philadelphia over the past three days to share and explore thoughtful integration of technology in learning.
Of course, librarians had a major presence at this event. It’s so important that we be visible present. That we represent. That’s why so many of us make the tough choice between ALA and ISTE and why so many of us find ourselves traveling across the country to attend both.
I’ve curated a little Storify to give you a flavor of the scene here, but I wanted to make sure you got to see the major events.

Here’s a link to the TLNewsNight that’s just about to happen.
Shannon Miller’s Librarians’ breakfast keynote:
And the Tuesday afternoon forum on makerspaces.
And there was the vibrant and oh-so-crowded Monday morning ISTE Digital Age Librarians Playground. (See the Storify for more.)
Don’t forget to add the #ISTELIB hashtag to your Twitter search and great tweets.
